ACCOMMODATIONS:
Attendee accommodations must be arranged directly with the hotel and should be made at least 4 weeks in advance. Mention HUNTSVILLE TRAINING ASSOCIATES when registering in order to obtain a room reservation under the block (held for a limited amount of time) of rooms reserved for this training. Without this identification, you will not be quoted the special group rate. The registration fee DOES NOT include hotel accommodations. Registration fees include refreshments, program documentation and materials submitted by respective speakers.
CANCELLATIONS:
Substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellations can only be accepted in writing. The notice must be postmarked or faxed no later than 15 days prior to the training date. Any registrant whose cancellation request is not received 15 days prior to the training, as well as “no shows” will be billed for the entire registration fee.
ENROLLMENTS:
To assure each participant the maximum benefit of these training programs, enrollment is limited. Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received.
Huntsville Training Associates, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any training due to insufficient enrollment.
